We use your information to match customers with nearby certified mechanics, send job notifications and confirmations, process lead fee payments, and improve our platform. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
For US customers we collect your ZIP code to match you with mechanics within a defined radius. For international customers we collect your city and country. Location data is only used for mechanic matching.
We use cookies to maintain your session, remember your language preference, and track basic analytics. No third-party advertising cookies are used. This site is ad-free.
We share your contact information only with the mechanic who accepts your job, after payment of the lead fee. We share anonymized job data with Stripe for payment processing.
Job data is retained for 2 years. Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your data by emailing us.
