mobile50.com is a marketplace connecting customers with mobile mechanics. We do not employ mechanics and are not responsible for the quality of work performed. All mechanics are independent contractors.
Posting a job is free. You are not obligated to hire any mechanic. You agree to provide accurate information about your vehicle and location. You agree not to abuse the platform by posting fake jobs.
Mechanics pay a lead fee to unlock customer contact information. The lead fee is non-refundable once paid and contact info is revealed. Mechanics agree to respond promptly to accepted leads and perform work professionally.
Lead fees vary by urgency and are set by the platform. Fees are charged in your local currency via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable.
You may not use the platform to spam, harass, post false information, reverse-engineer the platform, or circumvent the lead fee system by contacting customers outside the platform after seeing their information.
mobile50.com is not liable for the quality of mechanical work, accidents, or disputes between customers and mechanics. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
These terms are governed by the laws of New York, United States.
